DIN 33430

DIN 33430 describes the requirements for work-related aptitude assessments and, as a norm, provides standards for the entire process of aptitude assessment. In accordance with this, it is possible not only to be certified as a company, but also as an individual.

Since we aim to meet DIN 33430 requirements with all of our products, we highly value the possibilities that come with this.

Test Theory

The market for psychological tests is growing steadily and becoming more and more complex. Often reliable judgment about the quality of the tests is not easy. The “ABC of Test Construction” (Ziegler, 2014) offers a simple control system for rapid evaluation of each test method. In our trainings, we explain the system and conduct numerous practical exercises. For individual constructs, such as personality and intelligence, for example, we also offer theoretical training that will put you in a position to better evaluate, convey and compare tests and their results. Of course we also offer special training for our tools, completed with a license.

Occupational Competencies: G8T

The key to successful personnel selection or development is the ability to measure professional-success-determining predictors.

The G8T measuring approach is subject to the ‘pairwise-preference approach’. This approach uses a so-called Forced Choice method. The origin of the underlying theoretical model is Bartram’s Great Eight (2005). Occupational competencies are complex and influenced by many constructs.

The measurement result of the G8T directly reflects this complexity and demonstrates development options.
